ACEMS Public Lecture on "Improving" Prediction

On August 27, I will deliver an ACEMS Public Lecture on "Improving" Prediction of Human Behavior Using Behavior Modification. Note the quotes around "Improving"!

Professor Rob Hyndman from Monash University is the host, and will moderate the Q&A session following my virtual talk. I plan to make the talk accessible to the wide public while introducing critical statistical and machine learning concepts/tools.

Note: I was planned to deliver the public talk in February in Melbourne, but due to COVID19 I was unable to travel to Australia. The upcoming talk is on new work, and is my first public talk on this topic.

ACEMS is the Australian Research Council Centre for Excellent for Mathematical and Statistical Frontiers.
