Presentation:

A leading publisher of medical information publishes a highly successful, bimonthly, 1-year old nursing journal. This journal has had an explosive growth since its inception in 2003, with the number of subscribers growing by 80% in less than 3 months.

The goal of this project is two-fold: to understand what drives renewal rates (profiling) and to build a predictive model that predicts who will renew their subscription.
