A large computer-based testing company (GMAT, Microsoft certification, etc.) has a network of testing centers operated by third-party partners. The company measures testing center performance across many dimensions. The company is experiencing declining client satisfaction in an increasingly competitive environment, and has limited capital investment funds.

The project goal is to identify factors that affect customer satisfaction and the degree to which customer satisfaction impacts the likelihood for repeat business.
