Online Websites are facing more competitionas communities become more fickle and unpredictable. Websites need to attract larger audiences while keeping current users engaged. The goal of this project is to build a model to understand what contributes to a user’s success in online dating, and in particular what factors affects receiving a message. The data used were from an online dating service provider in Israel (we thank Prof Sheizaf Rafaeli from Haifa University for sharing the data)

Zillow.com is the real estate service launched in 2006. It calculates a Zestimate-home valuation as a starting point for anyone to see -for free- for most homes in the U.S. Zillow indicates that for MD and VA they get only about 26% of predictions within the +/-5% range only.
